Simms with another Excellent Product!,October 31, 2009
By jmfredricksfrom Seattle, Washington
"Had this jacket for about 1 month and so far it has been better than any jacket I have ever owned in the last 34 years (I am only 34). Stayed dry in the heaviest rains, and not given me the wet tent effect, like my other wading jackets of the past. I like all of the pockets, ample room for my flies, leader wallets, etc. I really couldn't be more impressed with this jackets' ability to keep me dry, for me, being dry during winter steelheading is HUGE! Anyways if you are thinking about buying the jacket, just do it, it is expensive, but you will not find a better jacket out there. My 2cents for whatever it's worth... jmfredricks>>>Seattle, WA."

Simms G4 Pro Jacket,December 21, 2008
By Kingfisher39from Hopkinton MA
"This became my best fishing jacket the first time I put it on. I bought it for a trip to Canada where we would be fishing for Atlantic salmon. Last time I went, the long walks along the river banks caused me to sweat under the heavy jacket that I used. The breathability is first class, and the waterproofing is great, even under the rain that a Nova Scotia Fall can produce. My other consideration was that I liked the idea of having a color that could be spotted easily if I fell in (as I been known to do) and needed some help."
