Records an hour of video on a standard 2GB memory card
Three resolution settings
Pivoting bracket allows you to adjust the camera angle
Durable, waterproof construction
Capture all the memories of your hunt without the bulkiness of a camcorder on a tree/stand mount. Instead, invest in the Bow Video Recorder (BVR) and have everything you need to get your hunt on film, from your stabilizer receptacle. The BVR can record an hour of video on up to a standard 2GB SD memory card (not included). The camera is jacketed in a durable rubber housing that was originally designed to resist gun recoil and offers bow dampening much like a standard stabilizer. Record the video in three resolution settings with the best quality at 640 x 480 at 30 frames per second. The pivoting bracket allows you to adjust the camera angle to fit your needs from the treestand to spot and stalk hunts. To watch the video after the hunt, you can download the standard AVI files to a computer with the included USB cable or watch them on a TV with the included AV cables. Operates on two AA batteries (not included).
Adjusts from: 4-1/2" to 6-1/2".
Weight: 10 oz.

Stuck without AV Cable,October 6, 2009
By wacknstackfrom Michigan
"Camera is very durable and appears to be extremely waterproof. Recently was in camp and realized I lost the AV cable to allow me to view the deer I video taped earlier in the evening. Not having a computer up North I called the company and explained my situation. Mike from Customer Service sent me a new one free of charge without hesitation. Good product and just as good customer service."

Not Impressed!!!,January 20, 2009
By BackWoods17from Millville NJ
"This bow recorder is a great invention but needs work. The weight and control lay-out is perfect. Very easy to use. But none of that matters when you shoot a big rack at 20 yards and when you get home to show your friends and family the footage. The deer is blurry, along with everything else around it and you cant make out the picture. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!"

"The camera is compact and easy to install. However the images are rather poor quality and when you shoot your bow the recoil blurs the target and makes it impossible to view a kill shot."

Good Product Fair Price,September 30, 2008
By PoBoHuntingfrom Central, MO
"The BVR is a great little accessory to assist in recording your hunt. Pro's: Light weight Easy to install and operate Good Video Quality Con's: No Zoom I tried to film a cyote at about 20 yards in the brush. I never could see it on the film although I had a good view with the naked eye. If there is fair amount of brush the animal will have to be a decent sized animal like a deer to identify it on the video anything smaller will just get lost. I thought I might get a good view of my arrow flight but never even seen my arrow until it was already in the target. I may have to purchase the illuminated nocks to see my arrow flight. It does take practice to record good video pointing your bow without being at full draw. Overall I like it and expect that the better I get at useing it the happier I'll be with the product."

BVR should stand for better value recorder!,August 12, 2008
By Bhams21from Southren MI
"I have checked them all out so far and by far the BVR is the best thing out! I looked at three different aspects when trying to decide on which recorder!
#1 Construction of the BVR is seconded to none! It looks like it will with stand anything any thing a bow- hunter can throw at it. #2 Weight with the BVR is not an issues either I was worried about to much weight, but it was no more weight than my stabilizer. So no change in performance of my gear while shooting it. #3 Quality-Picture BVR has awesome recording picture quality! I don't even think there was a close 2nd.
Those were my points of interest and the BVR was by far Better Value Recorder out!"

GamePlan BVR,August 12, 2008
By huntingPA2626
"For the past few weeks I have been researching some of the video cameras out on the market and chose the BVR. It's a great camera. It's easy to use, has a dovetail and rail mounting system that allows me to use it with my rifle, and is light weight and compact. It runs off 2 AA batteries and an SD Card. It has a good picture on replay. It's also a waterproof tactical camera used by the military. Works great and definitely worth the money."

great product!,August 12, 2008
By dickie08from wv
"I used it in turkey season and cant wait to use it in the treestand!! At first I was worried about not having a stabilizer but with the rubber mounting piece and rubber casing on the camera it absorbs alot of shock. The video quality is pretty good too!"
