waterproof?,October 26, 2009
By hunter45403from dayton,OH
"The final approach express layout blind is one of the cheapest layout blinds on the market, but it clams to be waterproof, and it is but the flagging holes located on the side of the blind let the water poor into the blind. Water roles into the blind from the top,b ecause it has no frame, the frame is you, well you are not straight like a metal frame is so the water sits on the blind and when you move or pop up out of it water can poor in when you open the doors.I hunted out of this for about 12 hours one day and some good things about it is, it is very light and has backpack straps . Overall this blind stinks."

FINAL APPROACH EXPRESS LAYOUT BLIND,September 13, 2009
By pvn6616from Brigantine, NJ
"What a simple, lightweight and economical blind! Perfect for my style of hunting - simple and lightweight! I prefer to keep it simple as I am over 50 and hunt hard, yet need to maintain a low profile in the fields and marshes of South Jersey where there is little cover. This FA Express is not big and bulky like some of its cousins, yet is comfortable enough for an all day shoot. I highly recommend this blind to those who need less bulk and weight. If you have to hike in to your spot instead of pulling a trailer full of equipment out into the field then this is the blind for you."

FA Express not worth it,September 1, 2009
By wtrfwl1from Illinois
"This blind is not worth the money. The only good thing about it is that it is light, but that is because it has no frame. The blind doors just lay right on top of you when closed so it makes it really difficult to reach for calls or gun without moving the doors all around. My zipper broke after about 4 hunts so now the bottom half of mine is shut with zipties so i cant even open it to get in. even though it was about 10 degrees when the zipper broke i do not think it should have broke that easily. The only reason i could see someone buying this blind is because of how light it is, but the cabelas moble 1 is just 2 pounds heavier and even cheaper then this blind. I would go cabelas if going cheap again."

field layout blind,August 5, 2009
By caseih7240from Iowa
"The best layout blind ever made. Easy to get into, keeps the wind off of you, and the camo blends right in with a corn field. I really like the fact that your gun fits right next to you in the blind also."

Great Blind,October 29, 2008
By mnhunter72from mn
"I have owned this layout blind for 2 years and love it. It may not have frame support sides but that is what i like about it. The low profile allows me to hunt in pastures and other areas without sticking out like framed blinds that sometimes need to be duck in. It is also light and folds up easily to be carried to your hunting spots. I recommend these blinds to anyone."

Great buy for price,October 28, 2008
By ryanshootsducksfrom Marion, NC
"I haven't got to use this blind yet, but for the price I couldn't pass it up. I've used several other brands of layout blinds, and construction and quality appears to be comparable to other high priced layout blinds. Set up is easy, and is very light weight which is a big plus. Blind doesn't have the internal frame support that some other blinds have, but it being light weight makes up for it. The blind doesn't come in drab brown, and only comes in camo. This could be good or bad depending on how you want to use it. Overall it is a great buy for the price."

Nothing but a Camo Sleeping Bag!,October 19, 2008
By JohnfromSaskfrom Saskatchewan
"In Saskatchewan field hunting is 90% of what we do . As a 40 year Waterfowler I bought this blind as well as my Dad and it is not very good. It has no support in the sides to lift the wall so it is like sleeping bag with a backrest. I ended up buying a X- Lander and would recommend the Folies SUB blind, Cabelas Elite, or Greenhead Gear blind which have frame support which is crucial in a field blind. I modified it so my 13 yr old son could use it but if your a full grown man ......forget it."
