Extreme Dimensions is known for its innovative and realistic-sounding electronic game calls, and now it brings the sounds of the outdoors to your home. When guests press the button on this "doorbell," instead of a traditional "ding-dong" their arrival will be announced by one of 10 lifelike animal sounds. Program your system to produce the call of one animal, or let the system randomly rotate through the selection. The system produces the sounds of the deer, elk, coyote, crow, duck, turkey, owl, loon, moose and goose. The wireless system allows the transmitter and receiver to be positioned up to 60-yards away and runs on three AAA batteries (not included). There are 16 selectable security codes. "Bought it as more a fun item for our family rm cabin make over than actual door bell.. Kids get a laugh when they have ctrl of the door bell button. Only suggestion I would be to make it plug in rather than run on batteries, not sure how long they would last if used on regular basis."

"We bought this doorbell and will probably wear it out soon. When people come over they love it and run through all the different sounds while laughing at how neat it is. Our dog loves the sounds too as he likes to howl at most of them because of the way they sound so real. I would buy this again and will probably buy another for a Christmas present this year."

"Out of all the chimes we could have used the Loons were the best. It reminds us of the cabin up north. The distance for us is not that far, but the mounting, assembly and choosing the chimes were very simple. A good product that should last us a long time. "The sound from this doorbell is very good. It is possible to set it to any one of the animal sounds or let it cycle through all of them. The transmitter range is excellent. It is possible to set the volume on the receiver which makes it handy for a variety of locations. We have the camo unit with the black face and the camo is not overdone. Fits into a variety of decor. Size is about the same as a normal smoke dedector. The one thing that would make it ideal for more applications would be dual frequency with a second transmitter. ie: Loon for front door deer for back."
