"Spent much time researching and surfing the net for just the right coat. This is it. It has the shell and the lining that zips out. I wanted something casual, not sporty like, to wear any time of the year. The shell is water and wind proof with good lined pockets here and there. I like that you can cinch the waistline. The "liner" is a really nice quilted down jacket that is fine on its own. When you put the two together you have a really good winter coat. Very satisfied with my purchase. And the price is right too! Good enough for me, as I am a picky frugal shopper."

"I bought this coat for spring soccer season which is typically very cold and rainy where I live. This coat kept me warm and dry through some very adverse conditions. I am very satisfied and would purchase again. Although I won't need to any time soon. The inner layer is very warm and I like that it is black and can be worn on its own. I ordered two different sizes and sent one back after trying them both on. The return was a little slow to credit to my account, but otherwise it was easy."

"Only ONE problem, not enough pockets and what pockets there are, they are small. Excellent coat for Prudhoe Bay Alaska. I live in arctic conditions were the wind chills can be around 75 below zero. This coat fits well, comfortable and cozy."

"This is a real nice warm coat. The only thing I would change would be to change the velcro closers with snaps. Sometimes I don't zip unliss its super cold and velcro just doesn't hold up.
Other than that this coat is comfortable and not restricking. It fits well and the hood stays out of the way when not in use."
