Challenge friends and family with fast-paced sporting clay action wherever it's safe to
compete. These lightweight throwers let you bring target-shooting fun anywhere. They don't need
electricity
to operate or heavy mechanical devices to fling targets only a little arm power. Unlike bulky automatic or
manual throwers that are fixed in place, hand throwers let you launch targets at constantly varying
speeds and unpredictable angles to increase the difficulty of each round. Push your marksmanship to the next level.
Available:
The ergonomic EZ-Throw II throws clays faster and farther than most mechanical throwers. This
one-piece plastic thrower uses innovative "power curve" engineering to throw consistently smooth birds. The
technology harnesses the kinetic energy of your arm and focuses it for the most power. It only takes a little practice to
throw jump birds, curves and ground skimmers like a pro. It won't rust
or break. Throws right or left handed.
Length: 19".
The 10-position adjustable EZ Double-Throw puts out challenging doubles and singles.
It's the only hand-thrower that can launch two targets on top of each other to replicate a quail covey flush. Its patented
technology lets you adjust the horizontal and vertical separation of doubles. Launches targets up to 60 yds. with a
baseball-like swing. Throws right or left handed. Kit includes a pair of EZ-Throw II launchers and the handle
assembly.
Length: 31".
The EZ-Throw MR launches sporting clays up to 95 yds. It's the fastest hand-thrower MTM offers. Its
far-reaching clays simulate the high-flying paths of geese and doves. Throws right or left handed. Kit
includes an EZ Throw II and the handle assembly.
Length: 50".

Poor,October 8, 2009
By Liviefrom Utah
"The thrower clay holder is to tight, breaks the clays when you try to slide them in. When you get one in and try to throw it, sometimes they won't come out."

Functional,June 17, 2009
By Aspiniferafrom Burlington, VT
"I bought this clay thrower b/c i have recently purchased a shotgun and have begun shooting clays. I often go with a friend to the farm and shoot for free. Using this clay thrower is a good way to keep shooting cost low. The thrower is very functional and with a good chuck you can cover 100 yards (though hopefully you'd hit the clay before it gets that far)
The one drawback is how tightly the thrower holds the clays. This creates a few potential problems. One is that you might break a clay while loading it into the jaws of the thrower. The other is that unless you get quite a lot of power behind your throw the clay can get stuck. I had my wiife throw clays for me on a few occasions and she had serious trouble getting the clays to leave the jaws of the thrower.
This can be overcome by stretching the jaws apart some periodically in between throws. Overall this tool is a functional, inexpensive alternative to many other clay throwers"

Worth every penny,May 23, 2009
By AMoghsfrom San Diego, CA
"This thing worked great. It was really cheap and does a great job. It works really well since you can change the angle the distance very easily. You just have to get use to throwing with it, but after about 10 or so it gets easy. It was a very useful tool and made our last shoot very enjoyable. I was even able to throw and shoot at the same time."

Hunk of Junk,March 13, 2009
By Raftermanfrom Illinois
"My family planned a trap shoot out at a friends in Missouri. When the day finally came, I picked up one of these. It's in all of the sporting goods stores, no matter where you go. You can't find the good metal hand throwers like you used to, unfortunately everything is plastic now a days. When we got out there, my nephew tried throwing with this and he about hit us in the head. He tried a couple of other times and the clays stuck in the thrower. I tried and had a similar experience and broke 3 clays trying to get it loaded. Luckily, a friend had an automatic thrower or our trip would have been ruined. We ended up not using this hand thrower at all, but we had a blast since the automatic thrower worked great. At the end of the day, we all blasted the plastic hand thrower with our 12 gauges and put it out of our misery. Never laughed so hard in our lives. Do the smart thing and spend a litte more money and get the next step up product."

not great,March 8, 2009
By Jmlb7575from Superior, WI
"Terrible when it is cold out. The thrower was so stiff that it would crack the clays when loading. The clays would come out broken when it was thrown. Perhaps it would be better in the summer when warmer."
