SO FAR SO GOOD,June 17, 2009

"I reviewed packs for a couple of weeks going back and forth with smaller ones that might be easier on a woman but I always came back to this one. I figured I would rather have to much and not need it, then not enough and need it and if I didnt like it, I could return it and get something else. So I bought it and glad I did. This pack is perfect in every way. I'm a heavier gal all of 5'4" and this pack is sooo comfortable to wear. It might be to big for some, as you could easily over pack it, but they have a nice smaller version of this as well that is equally nice. I'll know a lot more about it after hunting season. There are pockets inside, outside, along the waist, internal pockets and dividers, ect. Has the orange you can take out and clip on that covers entire pack. Has room for scope, tripod, and anything else you your willing to pack around. Only thing that I could see maybe being a problem for us shorter people is I did try my bow on it, and it hung low and wobbled quite a bit, not good, but Im thinkin I didnt have it on and snugged up to it properly or has something to do with my bow being possibly to short, not sure, its the hoyt kobalt, have to work that one out, just havent yet. Anyhow, if nothing else can carry my coat or walking stick. Hubby went with the xl bone collector and he loves his. They both will carry bows or rifles, his held his bow perfectly, but I think deep down he really likes mine better. :) We'll see which holds up the best. LOL
I would pay full price for this again in a heart beat, but you cant beat the sale price."

Love this pack!!,March 17, 2009

"This is by far the best pack I've ever owned. Fits awesome and has compartments, attachments, and buckles for everything but somehow manages to keep it from being bulky or awkward. I wish it came with a good hydration bladder or scentlok but its still an awesome pack!"

Love this pack,December 13, 2008

"I have had the Mainbeam XL for a year now and it has been the best pack i've ever used. I have used and abused this pack and it just keeps taking it. I have packed 1 elk, 1 deer, and 1 Rocky Mountain Bighorn ram with it. It handles weight really good, and is very comfortable when loaded down. It has multiple pockets for your spotting scope, tripod, and anything else that you wish to carry. I have not 1 negative thing to say about this product. I love it and you will too, Check it out."

I recommend,October 15, 2008

"Plenty of room for all your gear. Side hip pockets would be better if they were more towards the front so you can reach them easier. They are also a tad small. What the picture doesnt show is all the excessively long straps that hang off the pack from all the adjustable buckles. Wish it came in Realtree Ap."
