"Not a bad boot but if you pull the laces too tight the eyelets and/or hooks will come off, I bought the boot for a hunting trip into the Brooks range in northern Alaska. They performed very well ,, warm and waterproof.. rugged and comfy.... just weak eyelets.. I lost three in the first week of wearing them"

"Overall the Switchback was a sturdy boot that was comfortable to have on all day. I wore the boot sitting on stand from 20-50 degrees and the boot was perfect. I have scouted many miles in the boot as well, and it held up to most conditions. It is not the boot to have if you are hunting in any water higher than ankle deep depth. Any water level over the laces and my socks took on dampness.
If you are looking for a all around boot for mid-warmth and are not going in the water I would recommend it."
