Releases over 400 times more scent than other plastics
Anglers have waited years for technology to produce an artificial bait that looks, smells and even tastes like the real
thing to attract fish. This is it. The authentic action, scent and taste of these
long-lasting nightcrawlers will fool the
most finicky fish. Berkley's next generation in Gulp! has 34% better swimming action than original Gulp! Similar in
texture, appearance and scent to real bait, Gulp! Alive! baits also possess the color advantages, shape and action of
soft
plastics. Gulp! Alive! baits use water-soluble, natural ingredients that release over 400 times the amount of fish-
attracting scent of standard plastic baits. The scent trail is so intense that fish cannot resist it. Gulp! Alive! baits are
100% biodegradable, so any that you lose while fishing will dissolve in the water in about nine
months. Approx. 27 baits.
Length: 6".
Colors:(005)Natural, (096)Chartreuse, (008)Pumpkinseed.

TOO Expensive--Not as advertised,June 16, 2009
By ro64from Steamboat Springs, CO
"This product is too expensive and does not work as well as live bait. We just returned from our annual trip to Canada for walleye, northern and lake trout fishing. We used this product as well as the minnows and had VERY poor results. It is not " lifelike" and has NO action in the water."

Disappointment,August 15, 2008
By deeplaker60from Wisconsin
"I love Powerbaits and use them extensively. I've gotten tennis elbow from catching so many bass on them. However, I was very disappointed with this one. I couldn't get any bass to hit it. Just to make sure I wasn't in a place where there were no bass, I slung other baits to the same spots...and caught a lot of bass. I conclude that (1) there were bass where I was fishing (2) they were actively feeding (3) they wouldn't touch the Berkley® Gulp!® Alive™ 6" Nightcrawler. Berkley needs to take this one back to the lab."

Berkley Gulp Alive 6" nightcrawler,July 2, 2008
By Thewalleyepro
"We (Brother and I) fished Lake Erie western basin on June 19-26 2008. The bite was tough because of the Mayfly hatch. We trolled bottom bouncers and crawler harness's with yellow blades and 6" natural Gulp Alive nightcrawlers. We limited every day, with many of the Walleye's in the 5,6, and 7 pound range. The best part is that we didn't take one trash fish and only used 20 Gulp Crawlers in 6 days of fishing. A LIVE NIGHTCRAWLER WILL NEVER SEE THE INSIDE OF MY BOAT AGAIN. THE WALLEYE PRO"
