"I just used 8 of these for the first time last weekend on a river, and I had my limit in two hours on a day when there weren't very many ducks. They were effective for teals that would suddenly appear on my spread, and for mallards I could see from afar and call in. I'm an average duck hunter, and an average caller, but I saw a noticable improvement in getting ducks to come in with these decoys compared to my old, tired decoys last year.
I think they look pretty realistic, and are really inexpensive for their realism. They are a great value for the price.
The only thing I wish they had is a way to stop the attached line, meaning if you want only 2 feet of line there is no way to feed out 2 feet and then stopper the line. I am thinking of attaching a small screw eye to their keels to accomplish this."

"These deeks came at a great price but again I learn the hard way. You get what you pay for. Out of 12 only 3 or 4 were in good shape the rest had what looks like thumb prints on the bills. The paint was not crisp and clean looking like the pic showed. Luckily where I hunt the birds tend to be kind a dumb I have killed many of ducks with no deeks at all and poor calling that is the only reason I did not send them back"

"Green Head Gear are by far the best looking decoy on the market for the price! I only have one problem with the GHG line of decoys is that almost all the drakes chip either on the breast or the head. I've bought 5 dozen GHG duck decoys and had to buy slotted bags just for all my drakes to prevent chipping and it has payed off greatly. So for the price, compared to G&H, GHG is the way to go, but I would reccomend the slotted bags so you can shoot ducks over these year after year."

Great Decoys!!!!,

"These decoys are the best looking decoys on the market! They do have a couple chips when they come out of the box but they arnt that bad. I bought 4 dozen last year, and the mallards sucked right into them. This year im going to buy another 2 dozen. They work really good when there is ice around the shore, I'll put about 2 dozen FBMs on the ice and have 3-4 dozen floater mallards around by the ice and this set-up is killer. I will also do this with goose decoys but i wont put out as many goose floaters. We had a group of guys out with that kind of set-up and we shot 18 greenheads, 3 pintals, 5 gadwalls, and 5 geese.(we had 5 guys out). It was an excellent hunt. I will always rely on Green Head Gear products!!!"

"This is a good buy for sure. The paint scheme is great and these really dance in the water. My only bad vibe is the paint chipping. After just one season the greenheads need to be touched up. I still prefer G & H but the price difference is a big time deal breaker."

"The decoys are excellent for the price and the paint job also excellent. I hunt the large fast waters of the Niagara River in New York state and when the water gets choppy these decoys hold nice in the waves due to the 60/40 keal that they now have attached to the decoy were prior ones were removable.
O yea the ducks love them to!! killed my limit of blue bills the first day using them."

"i have to buy a new dozen every year it seems like. the paint comes off pretty easy, and i dont know how the new " Dura-Keel" is but probably wont spend the money to find out. The snap-lock keel was the worst idea and i need to send my 2 month old decoys back to the factory so they can either give me new ones, or my money back."

"great looking decoys out of the box but put them in a boat, in a bag, or anywhere and there goes the paint. 1 season and your spread is looking pretty USED. paint wears off reallllllly quick. they ride hard on more open water sets also and ice over pretty good too. i would only recommend these to someone if they baby their decoys and only hunt pot holes."
