Introduced in 1966, the Mark II tactical fixed-blade knife was highly regarded by U.S. fighting men in Vietnam and it remained in production until 2000. Now it's back with a straight, double-edged spear-point 420HC blade that has double serrations. The die-cast aluminum handle and blade have a black oxide coating. Blade length is 6-7/8" and overall length is 12-3/4". A black nylon sheath is included. "I love this knife! It is all it should be. It looks great, feels great, and I'm sure would perform well as a combat/tactical piece. The sheath is well made and functional as well. Knowing the lineage, and considering the reputation of the maker I feel good about owning a piece from a line that has a place in history."

"The Gerber Mark ll knife is finely crafted with an excellent case to hold it. I gave my purchase as a gift, but I plan on getting another one. It is definitely worth the money. The double edge blade is sharp, making for deep penetration. It is a knife that I will take on hunting trips to the backwoods."
