"I purchased this Hammock for my son's week long
boy scout camping trip. He used it everyday for napping,
reading and just relaxing. A small pillow is included
which adds to the enjoyment. The quality of the hammock
material is excellent. It held up very well in the rain and
sun. It dries out quickly after the rain. I like the way that
it folds up like a chair and fits into a carry case that you
can put over your shoulder."

"This hammock was very easy to set up and is very sturdy. Heavy duty metal on the frame and excellent design make this a very user friendly item. Also very easy to disassemble and it all fits back nicely into the carrying case that comes with it.. Great prouduct and excellent value!"

"wife bought this for me for father's day. Dog sleeps in gear hammock under me. Only bad thing I found was the material is slick and In my sleeping bag I slide down into an uncomfortable position. This wakes me during the night and I don't get the quality of sleep I need camping. I love it for naps and when I Summer camp without a sleeping bag."

"didn't think I'd be happy with the fact that it won't swing like a hammock, but the stability it provided when my child propelled themselves onto me as I relaxed outstretched was perfect. The description should include that it cannot be flipped as a selling point. Simple set-up, it's also easy to break down and pack away."

"I am enjoying this hammock for its comfort and ease of use. I have had no difficulty assembling and when unassembled, the product is compact and easy to store. It is also lightweight and therefore easy to move. The only reason I did not give this product 5 stars is that the hardware (4 bolts and nuts) are displaying rust after just 4 weeks of use. I will need to remove the hardware and repaint with a rust inhibitor."

"I have been looking for the best gift for my husband and he agrees that this is a great buy. We are staying in Singapore, and this is great on our balcony. It only takes him 2 min to set up every thing the first time round. So I will not be surprised if I get to see my neighbors also using it."

"Purchased the hammock as a Christmas gift for my husband. It took him all of about 3 minutes to set up the first time; it takes about 2 minutes now, from bag to nap. We really like the sturdy frame with four chain attachments, the "flat feet" for stability, and the comfy pillow. The net underneath holds reading materials nicely. I need one for myself now!"

"The hammock is easy to set up and supportive for sleep. It does not swing back and forth at all, and does not tip you out. I believe it would be simple to use without the stand, tied between two trees if you like the swinging motion. The only negative I found was that the material is very slick for a nylon sleeping bag. I did not fall out, but it was difficult to change positions without sliding all over the place. Still, it was a good deal on sale and I would buy it again knowing about it."

"Shipping container arrived with end retaped from damage during shipment. Plastic end protector for hammock support bar missing.
Hammock is easy to fold out and sleeps comfortably. Great for those late camp nights when there isn't enough time to set up a tent. Folds to a easy to store size."
