"Very high waisted in the front. So much so that my shirt hung out in the front. Super low in the back, so much so that it covered my bottom, (I don't mind my bottom showing). Weird puckering across the bustline. The fur collar was the only thing that was decent. I will have to pay shipping both ways to learn these things, hopefully you won't have to make that mistake too!"

"I love this cuddly down vest with the fur trimmed hood. However, since the hood can zip off, I need to wear a scarf to cover my face. On my other hooded jacket where the hood is permanent, there is a nice band that I have the option of velcro-ing to protect my lower face. I prefer the grab and go, rather than having to put on different layers. If it's attached to the coat, it won't get lost."

"I am very happy with this vest; it gives a little feeling of luxury by having a real fur collar instead of the much more common at this price "faux fur". I am only 5'1" and almost ordered the petite, but the regular was plenty short. It would have gotten 5 stars with me if it had only been a bit longer. The color, a maroon, is also very nice with a sweator and jeans. All and all, I would recommend this vest above almost any others that I have had (or seen)."

"This is a nice vest for "town" but I wouldn't want to be out skiing in it. It is soft on the outside. I don't really like the cheaper feeling material that is found on the inside, especially the hood. But overall, I am pleased with the vest and enjoy wearing it. I am happy with my purchase."

"Made a whirlwind trip to Georgetown, Colorado which included a large snowstorm thus I presented my wife with her new vest from ya'll. She was immensely pleased with it's warmth, comfort and style as we strolled the snow covered main street and enjoyed the hospitality of the fine folks of this mountain town. The wine color was appropriate when we had our wine tasting. I would rate it a 5 but time will tell on it's durability, so for now it is rated a 4."

"I ordered this vest in Cordovan in a Large. It is a beautiful color, and fits true to size (I wear a 13/14 and this vest fits well over heavy sweaters/sweatshirts). I originally ordered the XXL and was swimming in it…even over a very heavy sweater. Cabela’s customer service was of excellent help and my return was handled in a very efficient manner. There are conflicting reviews. I suggest that you order it and try it for yourself. Everyone has a different body type and a different view on the fit of clothing."

"The vest was order larger than I usually wear in order to wear a sweater under it. Even with the larger size the vest was extremely small and had to be returned. The largest size available 2 or 3X would not fit. I usually wear an XL. This is the third and probably last time I will order clothing. I have never had them to fit. Gloves did fit. I was disappointed."
