New is not better,

"Not a bad slipper for the price. However, these are not even close to the similar ones they replaced. My old ones had a textured leather upper and the sole was truly heavy duty at about twice the thickness of the current model. The old ones lasted 6 years. These will not come close. I would pay more for better quality."

Soles are not heavy duty!,

"I bought these slippers for my husband back in February 2009 for his birthday. He usually buys cheap slippers, so this year I decided to get him a good pair from Cabelas. However, these slippers haven't been the best. My husband only wears these slippers around the house, never to go outside, and the sole on his right slipper has completely worn through. He has only had these for 4 months and they are already falling apart! Another feature that I don't care for is that the soles pick up whatever is on the floor. We have a cat, and the cat hair is drawn to his slippers and sticks!
However, a great feature of these slippers is that they are really warm and comfortable. The leather is still in good condition as are the laces."

"Slippers are very comfortable. I wear them in the house and outside. The only problem I see arising is with the soles, which are starting to wear on the heals. I've only had them a short time so we'll see how well they last. They are great for the house. I would recommend them to all."

"Well built and breakin in just a few days. Will buy again when these wear out, but I am sure it will be a long time. I use to buy Cabela's Canadian Moccusins but they don't sell them any more and I thought I would give these a try. Wise choice!!!!! Very comfortable and wear them all the time inside and out."

"I received my slipper for a gift from my girl. I was excited to receive them. The first thing I did was open the box and put the slippers right on.
They are very warm and comfy. The soles are great because you can go anywhere in them. I wear them around the house and they are so comfortable I forget that I have them on.
You too can enjoy them. I would buy them for a friend or tell a friend about how good these slippers are to wear.
