"Having a 9 year old boy, for him the most important aspect of a coat was color. We found an orange & black coat (which is his junior football team colors) here at Cabela's. I obviously was more concerned with warmth and quality. The boy needs to keep the zipper almost all the way down because it is so warm. He is looking forward to the spring so he can "break" it down with the other options. On top of the low price, we received it two days later! This was my first experience, but not my last with Cabela's."

"We bought two of these coats for our sons (12 & 9) and they love them, especially the zip out liners that can be worn alone. The way the weather in NY has shifted back and forth lately, these coats have been pulled apart and re-assembled repeatedly. The liners zip in very easily. The outer shell does not add much weight, but it really stops the wind and snow. Great job, Cabelas!"

"I recieved this jacket in three days, regular mail! Although my grandson has a new winter jacket this year I can tell we will have the usual zipper problems that you find on some of the more " expensive models". He tried this one on and it not only looked great but was of very good quality. He will be five and is tall for his age, although thin. I ordered a small and get the feeling that he will get at least two years out of it if not more. I am very leary about ordering things on line but am very pleased with this product. Thanks Cabelas.
