"good quality product, quiet material , warm and waterproof. however, the sizing is terrible. I read some reviews and ordered a large instead of my normal med. and it is very snug and definitely will not fit over a face mask or baclava."

"I would have gave it a 5 but the sizes are way off. The small wouldnt even fit my average head, the medium was still to small, but the large fit. Its a awesome cold weather hat, with a nice soft suede like lining. The pull down flaps give good ear and back of the neck protection."

"I have this cap in the "Hunter Orange"; I purchased it for deer hunting but in Indiana where I hunt the law dictates the cap must be 100% orange. This cap has the Cabela's logo on the front and believe it or not the game warden reminded me that this is not legal in Indiana. I need a nice warm/waterproof SOLID ORANGE cap to hunt Indiana. The camo caps would be a great waterfowler, archery or turkey hunting cap."

"I only got to wear this hat once on a late season doe hunt. The flaps were nice and covered all of my ears and it was very warm. Very, very, warm! It was -6 degrees that day and I was still sweating a bit underneath the hat. Nice hat, I'm actually going to buy another one for waterfowl. I've been using my blaze orange hat to shovel snow in and I usually have to take it off to cool off! Good hat."

"I'd been looking for a new cold weather cap for quite a while. Seemed like there were only 3 styles available; sock cap, uninsulated ball cap, and storm trooper. Sock cap's ugly, ball cap's not warm enough, storm trooper's overkill. By the way, very few winter caps are available in 2X. This cap's very warm, and decent looking. Definitely recommend it."

"Cabelas brand products are great! I had two older versions of this cap--my very favorite was in the Brown Camo pattern, and I'm really, really disappointed they don't manufacture it anymore.
