Under Armour® ArmourStealth™ Pants,October 4, 2009
By Atompopperfrom Soggy in Southern Maine.
"I usually disregard negative reviews as an aberration. I stand corrected. Thinking that Under Armor and Cabela's would be a sure winner, I bought these pants and put them to the test on a rainy Saturday bow hunt. I was wrong. The pant legs were ridiculously long and ill fitting. They tended to billow out below the knees. Although they were waterproof on the outside, the material did not breathe to let body heat and moisture dissipate. They are anything but "silent", giving off squawking noises even in the treestand. Live and learn, combined industry leading companies does not guaratee a god product."

underarmour cold gear,September 11, 2009
By likadaslt
"I am an avid hunter born and raised in Alaska. Anyone who hunts this great state knows how vital a good set of rainwear is. I was looking for rainwear that kept me completely dry, was comfortable and kept me as warm as possible. This rain gear exceeded my expectations and then some. It is lightweight, waterproof, and warm. I was in some heavy rain and snow this year and the clothes were worth their weight in gold. The material that was used for these pants drys extremely fast which is a necessitly for late night and early morning hunting. As with all rain gear, layering clothing underneath in really cold weather is a must. With this in mind, this rain gear is phenomenal. I bought the idlywild jacket first which i used on my caribou hunt in the north, and that made the decision to get the rainpants easy. I have never purchased a set of raingear that i have honestly loved until now. The pants definitely run big in size and i'm glad i listened to the reviews prior to purchasing and bought a size smaller than i usually wear."

Stealth pants,July 24, 2009
By Maxter04from Rockland NY
"I used these pants last year on a moose hunt in Newfoundland and they were great. They held up to the rain and the terrain, very comfortable in all weather kept me dry in the rain and were very durable in the brush. Recently purchased another pair and use them exclusivly for all hunting, big game, upland and waterfowl. Gave them a 4 star rating because they are cut large and had to return the first pair for the next smaller size but the quality is excellent."

Great Product,December 29, 2008
By illiniderekfrom Fort Wayne, IN
"I bought these for winter whitetail hunts in the mid-west.
THE POSITIVES - High Quality fabrics. They have held up very well to multiple hunts including walking through briars and heavy brush. I have washed multiple times and they still look brand new. They are 100% wind and waterproof. I also like the re enforced knees and re enforced pant legs.
THE NEGATIVES - Not warm enough for temps much below freezing. Even with multiple layers I was unable to keep warm in this set while stand hunting. Fabric is not silent, it's quiet but not 100% silent.
Under Armour continues to make high quality products that look great, feel great and are functional. This set falls under all of those. I wish they were a little warmer. I will say that for spot and stalk hunts this set is plenty warm and does well to keep you from getting overheated. I would recommend this for anything other than still hunting in freezing temps."

UA Pants,November 3, 2008
By CaptMatt907from Anchorage, AK
"Let me the silence the critics, this stuff is the real deal. I was a skeptic of these pants before putting them to the test. I spent ten days on Kodiak Island, experiencing all varieties of weather. They stood up to the test and then some, withstanding gale force winds on numerous occations, driving rain, and light snow showers. The material, although lite and thin, is extremely durable. I did not experience any abrasions or any problem of the sort, even after wading through devils club and alders. I hunt in Alaska which can be extremely aggressive at times. I don't know where the other reviewers are hunting, but the conditions they experience are probably relatively mild to the conditions in Alaska. Buy these pants and layer with Cabelas ECWS for your base layer, you will not be dissapointed!"

Not impressed,November 11, 2007
By YorkMJfrom Jenks, OK
"These pants were not what I have come to expect from Under Armour. They are not sized well, not insulated well, and sound like wind pants when you walk in them. The sizes come in sm, med, lg, xl, etc.... I am 6ft. tall with 30in legs. I purchased a pair of xl, so that I could layer if I needed to, but they are huge, and the legs almost cover my feet. They also seem like rain wear, because there is very little insulation, and they sound like it too."

"These pants are more appropriate for rain than for cold weather, they are much too big for me (I wear a 30" waist). The quality seem really good and the ua digital Camo pattern is great. Disappointed with the size and the poor insulation."

Glockmn,October 14, 2007
By Glockmnfrom Used in Utah
"The quality of these pants is great, but I don't like the fact that they are sized, "small, medium, large". I want to be able to order by waist size and length. The large were too big for me, and the medium were too tight. And I wear a 34" waist which is pretty common. I can't use them."
