"After studying the reviews, I chose the Lite version for shirt over the regular version. I like the soft comfortable feel of the material and how quickly it would dry when I got wet from rain and/or sweat (which happened regularly in spending week hunting and climbing mountains about 12000 ft in early Sept). It seems the Lite version was everything I needed. It was plenty tough, light weight, and yet it was a welcome layer for warmth in the evenings when it got cool. I have nothing but praise for this product. I look forward to using it on my elk and pronghorn hunts later this fall."

"Superior! I have as much gear for the hunt as any other avid hunter. This is by far the most versitle garment that I have. From the big Turkey woods to the local feeding hole. Tear resistent and softer than any fleece on the market. From mid day hunts to a fantastic under layer you just can not get a better garment. This shirt and the trousers, with many pockets, will become an essential item of your gear. Simple put "This is the finest quality on the market today. "Bought the microtex lite 6-pocket pants and shirt (tall) in Sept. Used them alone in 90+ degree bowhunting and used them for top layer on -30 degree mornings. When it is dead calm and your trying to draw a recurve at 8 yards on whitetail or hogs you need QUIET. This material is the quietest I have found other than some of the fleece or wool which I layer over with this camo. The fabric works for this bowhunter and the camo patterns are great."

"I really like microtex and I have several sets of it but it is just too hot to hunt early elk and antelope. I bought two sets of the microtex lite and I hunted antelope in 100 degree weather and it was great. I have not tried the lite XT as it is not available in tall sizes."

"My light version of these microtex shirt and pants are indentical in size, shape, and fashion (XL Tall shirt--36in. waist 36in. Cabela's hem job pants) as the original microtex normal weight. There just half the weight. Just like they say. They are perfect! I pack both sets for all archery and fall gun hunts. Some days are chilly and some are toasty. Buy both sets and you can tell your wife you will never need camo clothing again! Great product!"
