"After using a cumbersome spring loaded scale for the last 10 years, we graduated this year to the shorter easier to read and more accurate digital scale. Some of the other hunters in our group thought this was just another toy (gadget) that I had purchased. Now all twelve of the hunters in our group are sold on the scale and wish we would have had it sooner. Do not let another season start without one if you need to know the weight of your deer."

SCALE IS EASY TO USE, THE ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE IS THE SCALE WHEN FIRST CUT ON IS IN METRIC WEIGHT YOU HAVE TO CHANGE TO LBS. BUY A SINGLE BUTTON PUSH BUT THATS BEING PICKY. SCALE PERFORMS AS ADVERTISED IS SMALL AND LIGHT WEIGHT BUT BUILT VERY STURDY"

"The only problem I have with it is after you hang your animal and it turns off you cannot turn it back on and get a reading, it automatically zeros when you turn it back on. so you have to turn it on before you hang your animal and then read the scale before it turns off. Hawaii Sportsman"
