Rain Suede has been a Cabela's staple for many years. Our new Rain Suede, with Evolution fabric, takes the original and
makes it even better. In order to even consider replacing our original Rain Suede, the new fabric had to be perfect.
Evolution was that fabric. It's softer and quieter than our original Rain Suede, but retains the same exceptional
breathability of the original. Plus, the microdenier polyester allows camo patterns to print with extremely vivid detail
that never fades. The shell fabric is backed with 100% waterproof/breathable Dry-Plus® and has an EcoNano Durable Water Repellent(DWR )
finish, which keeps water rolling off the garment, even under extreme pressure when kneeling or crawling. With
just a few quick shakes and a couple "brush-offs," the fabric is as dry as when you started the day. It's your first line of
defense against all types of moisture. You can wear it in a downpour and it will be ready to wear again the next day
without having to run it through a dryer. Evolution is also extremely versatile, so one investment will see you through
multiple hunting seasons. Because the fabric compacts easily,
each piece can be rolled and stuffed into its own pocket for storage.
Moisture-wicking mesh liner provides next-to-skin comfort. Extend the weatherproof coverage of your Rain Suede
gear to prevent water from tumbling in. Snap-close storm flap over the YKK® zipper. Two zippered front pockets
plus a rear zippered back pocket that doubles as a stuff sack. Hip-length leg zippers with snap-close storm flaps.
Gathered elastic waist. Snap-adjustable cuffs. Double reinforcements at the seat and knees. Imported.
Waist sizes: S-3XL. Fits inseams 29"-32".
Camo patterns:Mossy Oak® New Break-Up™, Realtree® AP HD®, Seclusion 3D® Open Country®, Seclusion 3D®, Mossy Oak® Treestand®.

Rain Suede Evolution Packable Bibs,March 24, 2009
By sbclvl61from North Central Kentucky
"The bibs arrived as ordered and fit perfectly. Liked the zipper and button leg flaps from knee down, and the shoulder straps were comfortable. When matched with the jacket, was a complete outfit. Good rain protection in moderate rain. Not too hot or uncomfortable for wearing long periods. Would recommend. Not 5 stars because the outfit has not been worn in a driving rain - yet. Like the packable pouches."
zippers?,December 18, 2008
By Anonymousfrom Montana
"I am very pleased with these being both quiet and actually waterproof. The only thing I don't like about these pants is the description is misleading. It stated hip length zippers which would have been great to zip down from the hip to the knee for ventilation and keep the bottom to the knee zipped for low wet brush. The zipper really only goes to the top of the knee, about 3 inches higher than the original rain suede bibs and only zips one way. If these had full length two way waterproof side zips they would be excellent."
"Used them in the rain and the wind....exceeded my expectations. Lightweight and compact make it a breeze to take along on all hunts. I use them to block the wind on those 30 degree and below hunts. Only reason for not getting a 5 star would be that the netting on the inside can hang up on the heel of your footwear when you are putting them on."
Great fit,November 21, 2008

"I have worn several different types of rain bibs and these are one of the best. They aren't too baggy and still have ample room for layering underneath. The front hip pockets are large and easy to get into, and I especially like the snap closures on the bottom of the pant legs to secure them around my boots. The hip length side zippers allow easy on and off without having to take off my boots. If you are like me and don't really need any extra insulation, but like to stay dry and comfortable, these bibs are for you!!"
Evolution Packable Bibs,October 17, 2008

"I'm very pleased with these bibs as they performed as stated during a recent antelope hunt in eastern Montana. They held their own during 40 mph winds, rain and snow."
