"It was low light 4:45 pm, nice 10 point came to scrape. I am color blind and can't see blood. Well placed shot and it took of. I went to where I last saw the deer and looked around, 40 yards to my right was my Tracer nock winking at me. It was a preety site and a nice deer.
Thank you Cabela's and Easton for a fine product.

"I've used a couple of lighted nocks I've found that Tracers are the best ! I used my own double sided tape and it never let me down (as long as you turn them on)"

"I can only recommend lighted nocks that go on by impact. I had some of these and the magnet turns them on when you take the arrow out and any time it get near the nock. What you end up with is dead batteries. The magnet is also good for impacting your electronics including your hotel key.
Lighted nocks are a must, just not this type. Know if you hit, missed, and find your game quickly at night. Just go for the impact type."

4 pack for easton axis,

"Not a good product. Bought the 4 pack for the easton axis arrows, because that was all they had in the store for my arrows. Don't know if the nocks for the axis are not made as strong because they have to fit inside of the small diameter shaft, but I had one work out of 4 after installation. It is a tight fit and if you have to turn your nock a little to line up with your vane, they seem to break. Plus the magnet that activates the light fell off my riser on the 1st hunt. Not a durable product or system."

"I purchased a two pack for bow hunting this season. Only 50% of my two pack work! I don't know if Easton has bad batteries or bad electronics in this nock. The working nock is great! I'd have given this product 5 stars if both had worked."

"I had one of the 4 nocks that would not work out of the package. The velcro magnet would not stay on the bow well it was not sticky enough. For the money i would not recommend these nocks to anyone."

"Very well made and great fit. No problem with install or function. Just not very bright. I purchased the green maybe the orange is better. Works well in low light conditions but have to look hard to see any tarace of the shot on a sunny day."

"I have been using The Burt Coyote Lumenocks for the last year and these nocks are definitely an improvement over that product. I had issues with the Lumenocks being semi-turned and not realizing until it got dark. I also had issues with the two wires hanging out the end of the arrow and causing splitting of the arrow after time and many practices rounds. None of that with these nocks. The magnetic activator works great and it's either on or off. No in between. I have practiced with these for several hours and these seem to be a very good product. No flaws that I can see so far."

"read the reviews and for those who did not like them it was because they did not work out the of package...That IS a problem and I am glad that all of mine worked right out of the box.
all I can offer is that a friend of mine only nicked his and it did not work. I am convinced that unless you are extremely meticulous about insertion, breaking the circuit is a possibility.
These are the first illuminated nock I have ever purchased and I purchased them because they are easton. I have easton arrows and am loyal to the brand.
Accuracy:
I will not shoot at a deer beyond 40 yds and the additional grains compared to a regular x nock is negligible (1-2 inches?)
Lumination:
They are extremely bright. activation and deactivation are a breeze. What more could you want?
I bought a 4 pack since that is 360 hours of hunting....I only hope to go thru that many this season."

"I would highly recommend the Easton Tracer X Nocks. I used them on two whitetails last fall and they performed perfectly. I would recommend that you turn them completely off while in storage. I had previously tried the Lumenok's and these are a much higher quality product. Take a kid hunting!!"

"Love them! Work as advertised and are very easy to install and use. I really like the long battery life and blinking mode that makes them easy to see once a deer hunter is out of his/her stand and on the ground. Great for low light practicing too! The extra weight doesn't seem to effect the arrows flight at all under 30 yards; I haven't tried them at longer ranges yet. I will recommend them to all archery hunters I hunt with. Well worth the investment!"

"I received the Easton Tracer Nocks and open the package to install and read the rather confusing instructions. After deciphering all the instructions on how to activate and deactivate or put in sleep mode, I installed them and began to shoot. The first evening I shot about 12-15 times with no problem, they light up very well and every time. I have shot them around 50 times and they light up every time, I also have the Lumanocks and I prefer the Easton Tracers better. With the Lumanocks I would be walking to my stand or have my bow in the seat of the truck and the nock would be lit up and waste my battery life."

"I bought two packages with two nocks in each package for my fifteen-year-old son and myself. The first package only had one nock that worked in it. I was able to get a replacement package for that one. I use FMJ shafts and had to try my two tracer nocks in all twelve of my shafts to find two that fit snug enough to use. My son uses axis shafts and the practice nocks that came with the tracer nocks fit so tight that I could not get them back out and had to install the hunting tracer nocks in two different shafts. I am not sure why I had these problems when the same company made everything."

"Have played with the Easton Tracer X Nocks a lot since receiving them. Really happy with the ease of use, turning them on and off. Pretty simple once you get the hang of it. Was a little skeptical about the magnet but after using these I really like how they work. Won't know about longevity of the batteries for some time since I've only had these for a short time but I am very satified on how they work and turn on and off. The quality of products that Easton offers made this choice and easy one for me over another popular brand of illuminated knocks. Go Huntin..."
