"This is a nice beginner bow for my 9yr old. The pull wt is not too much, it seems just right to develop the shoulder muscles. I thought the arrows where a bit heavy for such a light pull, so I bought some cheap carbon arrows that seem to shoot better. The riser does have a slight bend to the left (poor casting quality), but I would imagine that it should not effect the shooting. Overall, I think it is a good beginners bow for the money."

"I'm an all around avid hunter. Archery to me is more than hunting, archery is gift. The weight and adjustabilty are perfect for a begining archerer. My 5 year old daughter ask's me at least twice every day when we can shoot her new bow. I will definately be purchasing more Fred Bear products."
