"I'm not that happy with this boot It is not wide enough to get a 40 mm scope in without carefully forcing it in. The inside lining of the gun boot that protects the rifle is sticky Velcro that will not stay in place. I have bought other Koplin products with good results this is not one of them."

"If you value your firearm do not buy this product. Flimsy attachment point, will not hold gun secure if riding rough trails. Gun boot bounces all over the place. Inside liner does not stay secure, as it is only a stick on product. I have pitched this and went back to the Kolpin Gun Boot IV."

Very good affordable low profile bracket,

"This product is NOT hard to install. I installed it on a Honda 450 Foreman while drinking and grilling. The great thing about this bracket is when you remove the gun boot there is only a small flat base left on the ATV's rear rack. Some other brackets are huge and in the way when riding the ATV and you don't need the gun boot. This one is small and unobtrusive. It would be nice if the base where metal instead of plastic. However, I have had no problems and I am confident that my gun is well protected when using this boot."

4-Wheeler gun case,

"Colorado law requires a hunting rifle carried on a 4-wheeler to be "fully enclosed" in a case. This is a very good product to fully enclose your rifle and yet still have it easily available. It took about ten minutes to attach and my front cargo bag still fits beside the case."

"The gun boot bracket was a little hard to install because of it being plastic. It did protect my 7mm and scope on the hard hunting trails in Colorado as I still was able to bring down a Bull Elk."

"the gun boot flew off the first time on the trail. i had to drill and pin it on.the inner liner comes off all the time the glue will not stick.trail up here can get rough and i think it can use some xtra support maybe a rear bracket?"

"I purchased this ATV gun boot in the Gonzales store last week. I just finished installing, a good thing I could make it fit. Looks like it's made for a Mule type ATV. The lining is stickon, generally, I will never buy this type again!"

"I got the gun boot mounted with some modifications for my quad. I'm not that happy with the inside lining of the gun boot that protects my rifle, it only has sticky tabs to hold the lining inside the gun boot, however I did secure the lining as best I could. I have bought other Koplin products including previous gun boots which were better quality, this gun boot is not one of their better products."

"Very confusing I have a Polaris Sportsman 500 with the plastic rack I can't figure out how to mount the bracket on the rack. The directions are useless had to go on the internet to try and find somthing halfway useful to even get started, and its still sitting in the corner any one elses have this problem any help would be great! Other than that a complete waste of money."
