"Still does not fit 2009 Polaris Ranger. I should have read and heeded reviews 5, 6 & 11. The supplied brackets don’t even come close to fitting. I returned it to Cabella’s and ended up buying a nice half windshield by Extreme Metal Products, which fit properly and is easily detachable to boot."

"i ordered this 1/2 windshield for my cub cadet side by side, even though it was for a mule it fit my buggy very well with only relocating the mounting holes, a very simple fix as far as i was concerned, not a perfect fit across the top of the dash but works just fine for me, i'm very happy with this item and if something happened to it i would replace it with the same thing, good product at a good price.."

"Did exactly what I needed it to do. It directed the wind and dust right over my head. I'm 6'2" so I mounted it a couple inches higher on the cage, but it works out great. Fit my 08 rhino fine. No redrilling needed. Would recommend a second pair of hands to assist though. Great product. Worth the backorder wait."

"This was a gift from my wife for Christmas and it fits our Polaris Ranger perfectly. It was a snap to install and we already have friends who want the same. Great price, too! Only one problem, the box was utterly demolished when it arrived UPS. However, not a scratch on the windshield or any damage."

"Windshield arrived and installed it right away. It was for the Rhino 450 UTV and it took about ten minutes as the passanger side would not line up the holes for the bolts just right. A friend helped and I would recommend a spare set of hands. I rated it a three, as we ended up drilling two new holes on the one side to allow proper fit. The plexiglass is very thick and the drilling did not hurt it. This windshield does as advertised and blows most of the wind right over my head. I added the soft top with back window and this changed the air flow so that it rolls down behind and across my back. This was cold on New Years day but over all better then riding in a open ATV."

"First of all I want to praise Cabela's customer service, they are fantastic. Now the windshield; it's too low to direct wind over your head for the Ranger. I'm only 5'9" and all this windshield did was direct the wind to my face and nearly rip my hair out. It needs to be several inches higher to work. It also cracked as soon as I tightened down the mounting bolts, without much pressure at all. I sent it back and bought the Polaris windshield which is taller and it works great."

"Although the Deluxe Half Windshield was not available for my model of Mule, the 2000 2510, after investigation I determined that it could be modified to fit. It was the same width of the roll cage so I discarded the attachment hardware and fastened it directly to the cage with 3 metal screws each side set in rubber gromets for shock protection. I secured the bottom of the windshield, as it could not sit on the front cowling as designed, with brackets attached to the front basket mounted on the 2510 front roll cage. After modifications, it looks as if it was designed for the model and the windshield was of the highest quality, easily handles 70 MPH road speeds. I would definitely recommend it."

"I purchased this for my 2005 Polaris Ranger 4x4 and the holes are not even close to fitting the clamps and roll cage. Cabelas was good enough to send a replacement immediately but it had the same problem. I"m not going to risk re-drilling. Sending it back today. Bummer as this thing was on back order for months!"
