Perfect Light,

"I got one of these almost as an afterthought with another order I placed----turns out this is the star of the order. I am always struggling for a good light getting to a deer stand in the dark. Either flashlights get misplaced, the batteries constantly fail or the light is bulky and hard to handle with other gear for the stand.
Not this thing----it's always right there in the car, charged and ready to go. It fit perfectly in my car cigarette lighter (came with adapter rings for accessory outlets too). I was concerned about how much light something this small might throw---not to worry----it throws more light than other larger flashlights.
Now I know where the light is, know it is charged and don't have to dedicate a large pocket or two hands to handle it. It will be nice to know it is there when the inevitable power outages hit too. I'm getting more for gifts."

"I like the rechargeable 12 v led light it is small and stays charged all the time..if you can't get it to charge in your cig...charger...than buy one of the splite chargers and see if it will fit in it and charge...we have no problem charging ours in a 2007 dodge truck, with out the adaptor...love the light..would give it to anyone as a gift....."

"I bought one of these a few weeks ago, and was able to use it this past weekend. Mine came with an adapter, so it would fit in the outlet pretty snug. Did have to jiggle it a little, but it charged just fine.
Nice bright light too."

Worked Great Untill It Broke,

"Great little light. Small and very bright. Stayed charged all the time in my car power point. You could tell it was charging because it glowed red. THEN...I pulled it out one time to use it and the charging clip that attaches to allow it to contact the bottom of the power point snapped off. I know, I know... send it back. All I really need is a new charging clip but it sure is irritating to go through the effort. I really don't understand why the charging clip was not an intergal part of the design. It's not like there is any other way to charge it."

"great light , its realy super bright but... even with the included clip that is supposed to make it fit tighter into any power outlet or cig lighter. you still have to move it around to make it connect and charge. I put two turns of electrical tape around the clip and it works a little better."

"I thought this would be handy so I purchesed one for both cars. The small LED flashlight is fairly bright and a handy/convenient addition to the dash, but the electrical connection within the cigarette lighter is poor in both vehicles. There is a small red charging light that confirms when it is charging and I am always fidgiting with the position of the flashlight while in the cigarette lighter to keep it illuminated. I added a small strip of Velcro to make it fit tighter which helps. The light will only charge when the car is running in some vehicles. Overall, the idea is great, the light is well made except for the charging issue. I ended up keeping both of mine."

"I just bought this after reading the many reviews. Yes, it does NOT fit all 12volt plugs. Since my 2008 Ford Ranger has two plugs (1 cigarette and 1 power point), I purchased it anyway. It will not fit a normal power plug used for other types of devices (spot lights, cell phones...). My guess is - it will only fit a cigarette lighter plug, and the description should tell us that via Cabela's; that's why it only got 4 stars. Other than that, it does put out a very bright light for it's size, even in the daylight."

"The pint size light really works great, it is really bright and easy to use. It plugged right in my F 350 and charges all the time, but the one I put in my wife's Toyota Highlander only charges when the ignition is on (bad car design), other than that the product is outstanding."

"This light is amazing!!! It just sits in the 12v plug in your vehicle (4wheeler, boat, etc...). This is a perfect light for low light trailer hook ups and loads and unloads. Small compact and durable. This was the second one I purchased I use this light for almost everything. No more big bulky flashlights just this little guy!!!!"
