"I purchased this lamp along with the turkey lamp, as I did not want matching lamps. I use them on my bedside tables. They really seem to add a lot of character to the room. A little large for the nightstands, but the headboard is tall so it balances nicely. They shipped in large boxes, well padded with styrofoam. No problems of any kind."

"Ordered whitetail lamp as a Christmas present for my husband who has been an avid hunter for over fifty years. The first lamp arrived in a damanged shipping carton and the lamp was broken. I contacted Cabela's and they shiped a replacement lamp which arrived in time to be part of Santa Clause's delivery. I was able to return the broken lamp Cabela's is reimbursing me for the return shipping cost. Cabela's support personel were empathetic, pofessional, and very helpful. "When I ordered my lamp, it was on backorder. It seemed like I waited forever (a couple weeks), but it was well worth it. The box is beautiful and everyone enjoyed looking at the pictures and reading about John Parsons before we even got to the lamp. When I took the lamp out of the box, I could not believe the quality of workmanship and lifelike representation of the wildlife scene. His attention to detail was phenomenal. It really is exceptional and I will enjoy it for years to come. It looks awesome setting on my office credenza and I don't have to recommend it to anyone; it sells itself!"
