"I have had the 18x27 for 3+ years. The fabric is tough and the canopy stands up to all kinds of weather...
My complaint is the zippers in the end walls. They are not very strong - they are made of cheap plastic. Pulling lightly on a sticky zipper breaks them - easily. Because of this, I used ties rather than zippers for a couple years - to get by. I finally replaced the original endwalls last spring, and I had problems with the zippers again right away.
I bought some heavy duty nylon zippers on line, and had them installed locally for $25 per zipper (in the new end walls). I have not had any problems with the new zippers."

These are replacements...,October 8, 2007

"In purchasing the canopy system to start with, I was well aware of the limitations of the product. However, I must identify the weaknesses of this product. The back end piece on this purchase did not line up with the velcro on the wrap around portion of the walls. It was off precisely the length of the velcro strips. Looks sloppy as a result. We get some wind on occasion, but the velcro strips on the side walls of the original ripped out. The stitching worked loose and before long, the walls were bagging pretty bad in any air movement. I had grommets rip out as well. The replacement walls had a couple bent grommets, but the velcro strips were reinforced in the stitching by a medium-duty artificial fabric like a nylon webbing. Hopefully that improves the wind performance. The fabric mildewed awfull from the tree pollen around, along with the algae that tended to grow on it. All in all, not a great performance. I made the old walls and end pieces limp along for two years and finally replaced them this year. But when these walls go, I will have to look at a different solution, as the roof will be finished off by then. We use this as a sun/weather cover for our dog pen. We may be better served with a quonset-style cover next time."

"An outstanding value. Significantly better construction than the Canopy I replaced. The wall corners have three different methods of securing the corners. The end result is that nothing (dust, snow or rain) can penetrate tyhru the corners."
