"I am not sure I have figured the sling out. To make it long enough for my Remington 1187 it hides the name Remington on the sling. I may have to take it back to the store for help."

"Ditto what ibrnwtchs from Utah wrote. Purchased this sling for my Remington model four.The sling is a bit to short if you wrap the sling arond your arm when shooting. And when fully extended it covers up the Remington name. Proud Remington owner and would of liked to have dressed up my rifle with the logo. Should of trusted the review. May be best suited for a youth rifle."

"I ordered this sling thinking it would fit my Remington 870 shotgun and was disappointed. The sling is too short to use on my tactical 870 with an extended mag tube. It barely opens for a shoulder carry. It would be too uncomfortable to use. It may fit a standard field 870. It was a well constructed sling, but the description did not give deminsions (other than 1 1/4" width). I'll have to use it on another rifle...too bad."

"These slings are the absolute best value for the money. They work and look great. Very easy to adjust and stay in place when locked. I bought 4 so far and can see myself replacing all my slings with these. At the price it is easy to do. I have tried the rubber slings, way to hard to adjust, fancy slings, way more expensive and not any better."

"I purchased this sling to go with my Remington 870. It did not fit well at all. The sling does not stretch out to 52" more like 32". It starts out tripled back on itself and you can stretch it to doubled back but you still do not get the 52". Also when you stretch it out it covered up where it says "remington" A major design flaw in my opinion."
