"We installed the radio wihtin a couple days of receiving it. We initially had some issues with it cutting in and out but thought it might have been something to do with our power source in the boat. On Saturday the 5th it worked fine all day, then on Sunday the 6th, it wouldn't work at all. We returned it on the 7th."

"I bought this radio less that 1 month ago. The speakers arent very good, you cant really here them unless you have it cranked up. The actual deck is nice and easy to use but the CD player stopped working and ate a brand new CD i had just bought. This thing will be taken back and I will be upgrading. You get what you pay for."

"Had to buy more than one. The first radio the sound was intermitting when the vol reached 62%. and cut out at 70%., had to return. On the second the speakers rattled had to return. The third radio was fine but I bought a different brand of speakers and shelved the original. Overall not bad but spent too much time before I got it right."

"Overall, very happy with this purchase. The deck was easy to install, and with some new wiring, the speakers sound fine. Though, for a boat, 25 watts per channel does not yield a lot of volume. The only thing I would recommend is that you be very careful about the angle you mount the deck. Once you get it, the instructions inform you not to mount it beyond a 30 degree angle. Even at a slight angle, I had CDs skip, so I shimmed and leveled it off, then no problems. Pretty good system, exceptional, at the price."

"I bought this radio package as a gift for my Dad. Installation was easy (but I have done this type of installation several times before on boats), the radio works fine, the speakers provide better sound quality than I expected, but the CD player was a disappointment. It would not play a brand new CD without skipping and jumping. So overall I invested a lot of time to make sure everything was installed and working properly only to be embarrassed that my Dad has a new radio on his boat that only half works!"
