"I like this jacket very much. It is light-weight and repels rain effectively. I especially like the roomy hood, with the brim. Keeps the rain off my glasses and doesn't destroy the hair. The hood can be zipped into the collar, but this makes the collar very bulky and uncomfortable, so I do not use this feature. The only thing I do not like about this jacket is the velcro cuff fasteners; I would much rather have had snaps or elastic toggle fasteners. Over all, though, I have been very pleased with this purchase."

"I bought this jacket to take on a cruise to Alaska. Though it never rained during my trip.... I was still glad for the jacket which served well as a windbreaker and light jacket during excursions and time on deck.
Glad for this jacket.
I do wish the hood would zip off though rather than stuff into a pocket around the neck."

"We just spent 3 weeks in Alaska where it rained everyday and the temperature varied from 40's to 60's. The jacket was perfect for outdoor activities. Easy movement. Warm, but not hot. Easy to access the hood. The outside zippered pockets were great for keeping camera, tissues, etc. dry and hands protected. I kept ID, money, credit cards in the inside zippered pocket, which meant no purse to lug around! It also packed nicely, not too heavy. The jacket is roomy. I ordered my usual size and had room to wear a hoodie or fleece underneath without compromising fit or comfort. I am 5'11" and the length of the jacket and positioning of the pockets were great!"
