Excellent lights,August 31, 2009
By northwestwisconsin
"As others have mentioned, these are very bright lights - which is the idea. Easy to install. Less than 10 minutes per light when used as replacement. A bargain when compared to other LED lights which claim same 2 mile distance. Go with 2-mile model for the few extra bucks."

Attwood LED bow light,August 24, 2009

"Very bright - the 1 mile visibility model would be adequate for most boats. Construction is good, should last forever and low energy usage."

Sweet Nav lights,May 4, 2009
By trysterfrom Hayward WI
"I had issues blowing up the red and greens due to moisture (dew) conditions on my pontoon. Bulbs would last for a while, then "blacken" and burn out -- poorly sealed bulbs? Voltage spikes from a brand new E-Tec? Dunno, they were normal auto dome light style bulbs and I never had the problem before.
These are pretty bright. The package should say "don't look directly into the light".....then it should say "now with the One Good eye......".
Low power draw. Bright. I like them. You probably want to change out the fuse to something lower like 1A.
I'll let you know if I kill them this summer."

LED Bowlight,August 11, 2008
By marrapzfrom Wash DC Potomac
"If you own a boat and dont upgrade your bulb light to this LED light, you're crazy. I did both anchor and bow and the difference is amazing. you can easily see it from 2 miles away on a clear night and its bright from that far away. I'm not a crazy, safety type nut, but this upgrade is essential if you run at night, at all."

great product!,May 16, 2008
By todd999from chicopee, ma
"I put these red and green deck mount led lights on my salt water use boat. They are an incredible product for the money and TOTALLY weather and water proof. They are brighter than I would have ever imagined. Real stainless steel hoods and if you install them right they simply will not fail! Im glad that I got them and for the price simply cant be beat. Save your time looking elsewhere on the internet and get these. You wont be disappointed..Also the "on" indicator on top of the unit uses a fiber optic design and is NOT a separate LED. It looks really cool while lit up underway."

Get what you pay for - almost,May 14, 2008

"these lights were the lowest price I could find. It is also the lowest quality. Lights are bright but the unit is lightweight plastic. Unfortunately, I cannot see this lsting very long. Hope I am wrong, but...you get what you pay for."
