"This decoy brought in 2 gobblers and 2 jakes without any calling. The 2 gobblers fell to me and my hunting buddies shotguns. My first double ever. This decoy really sucks them in."

definitely realistic,
May 26, 2009

"Well, the first time I used this decoy was the 3rd day of the PA season along with She-mobile. I called a gobbler across 2 other fields into my field about 80 yards away. Once the bird got into the field and got a look at the decoys he took a dead spring into range.
Be sure to scout out the bird you are going to hunt though!! I set up on a bird in the roost a few days later and again put out the jake and hen decoys. The gobbler flew out into the field about 70 yards away and just stood there and strutted and gobbled. I couldn't figure out why he wouldnt' come any closer until I realized there were about 5 or 6 other jakes roosted in the same spot. They must have been ganging up on the gobbler because he wouldn't come near the decoy and the jakes came right in.
Needless to say, the realism is unmatched. The only reason I give this product 4 stars is because the paint on the head is already starting to come off. I still highly recommend the product but I do suggest covering the head with a sock or something while carrying around in a game bag."

"I liked the B-mobile so well I decided to try Jake-mobile. I like it as well I just wish they included the kit to put your own fan in like they did with the B-mobile."

Jake-Mobile,

"I recently harvested a gobbler that had 1.25" spurs and 10.25" beard using the Jake Mobile. I don't think I would have harvested this bird without the use of a decoy. He was with another gobbler but was clearly the dominant bird based on his behavior. They were feeding across a field and had no interest in my calling. The birds got curious once they came over a knoll and saw my decoys at about 200 yards. They still ended up hanging up about 90 yards away. After several minutes of gobbling, strutting and inspecting from a distance, they finally committed and came in like a string for a closer look. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because set up takes a little longer then desired. The tail uses a wing nut to screw into place. If you have the opportunity to set up on the birds, no doubt this is the decoy for you. I'm able to carry this decoy and a delta hen in my hunting vest. This decoy did come very wrinkle and out of shape, but was about to quickly restore to form with a hair dryer."

Good Decoy,
May 6, 2009
By Bucker26

"The Primos Jake-Mobile Turkey Decoy is a very good decoy. It is very durable, light, and folds up well. The design is well thought out and works flawlessly. The stake design is sturdy and simple. The only problem I had was that the plastic fins that are the support for the silk fan seem to be a little brittle (it can be replaced by an actual turkey fan - see included instructional video). The decoy might be a little mis-shapen once opened, but it will pop-back to full form after a little heat is applied. Overall it is a very good turkey decoy and I see myself using it for many years to come."

"The body of the turkey decoy is excellent. The colors and the feather detail is just super. The fan tail supplied is very cheap. I used my own tail with this decoy and it looks ready to hunt. The stake is sturdy to hold up in the high wind conditions and very portable."

Primos B-mobile,
February 3, 2009
By Isabelladuckhunter

"I purchased this turkey decoy with the idea that the birds will be more territorial against a younger bird, compared to the b-mobile. I got this decoy out of the box, and it looked very good, and realistic. It was crumpled, and out of shape, but that was fixed simply by spreading the body with the stake, and leaving it spread out for a day or two, and it took its shape. It looks great, and I think it will work well, and I will have success with it. Maybe I will put another review in when I use it."
