"The shoes arrived in only 3 days. My son gave thumbs up to the shoes, for both the great style of the shoes as well as the comfortable fit. It's difficult to find shoes in size 17 that are reasonably priced, so we were glad to find these Columbia shoes on sale on your website. Shipping costs were rather high, however, so I hope you will offer free or reduced shipping deals in the future."

"I have a Siberian Husky pup and we walk at least 3-6 miles nearly every day. I'm a fairly big guy and I have a wide foot which makes finding good shoes for walking both on asphalt and through the woods difficult. The Tigertooth hikers are working out great for me. My old Columbia Beartooth hikers were awesome but I wore the tread down to nothing in a little over a year. These Tigertooth hikers do not breathe quite as well, but the tread has more traction and I am very happy with them. Also, as other reviewers suggest buy these a half size small. I orginally bought a 9.5 wide since that's what I wore in the Beartooth. I then bought a pair of 9 wides a week later. The 9.5s are fine for walking on pavement, but for hiking I need the stability of the tighter fit of the 9s."

"my son got a pair of these low cut hikers about a month back which i orderd for him. he wears them to work every day and says he likes them. since we both wear the same size we traded shoes for a day because i considered ordering a pair for myself. but i did not like them at all. he might rate them five star.while ionly gave them three stars which i consider to high."
