Convert your AR-15 into a varmint's worst nightmare shooting the super-hot .204 Ruger caliber. This kit includes a 24" fluted 416 stainless steel barrel with six rifle grooves configured for a 1-in-12" twist that's optimized for 32-grain and 36-grain bullets. Method of operation is gas-operated rotating bolt with the 8620 steel bolt carrier heat-treated and plated to military specifications. The phosphated steel bolt is also heat-treated and plated. The upper receiver is A3-style flat top made of forged 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum alloy that's been hard-coat anodized and Teflon?-coated black. Also included are a dust cover, shell deflector and round forward assist. Empty weight is 10-1/4 lbs. and overall length assembled is 42-7/16". Lower receiver not included. No FFL required.
