Almost the perfect solution,August 20, 2009

"I agree with the comments about fit and finish. Both excellent. One minor issue worth mentioning is that although this is meant to be ambidextrous, I am using it right handed, which means I am using the attachment point on the left.
The attachment point on the right is unused in my case, but does significantly protrude out far enough to interfere with hand movement when engaging the forward bolt assist
I easily enough corrected the problem by removing the unused right side attachment point with a file."

"This sling mount is super quick to install. you do not have to completely dissassemble the stock to install like others. Simply pull up on the stock adjusting lever, slide it off the back. Slide the sling mount over the stock tube, tighten down, then reinstall adjusting lever and your done. Good job, Command Arms!"

"I found this unit to be very well made and it also has an outstanding finish as well. It is very strong and fits snug as needed for this type of mount. Works very well with teloscoping stocks (M4 type). One note this is not for fixed stock applacations."
