"very well made as with all CAA products.one problem,does not come with proper size extension tube,will not fit civilian tube.i contacted CAA and they overnighted it to me.battery storage is nice and watertight.rubber butt pad is factory installed and not cheap looking like others."

"I really dig this stock, I got the adjustable cheek-piece with it and the combination is great! The built-in butt-pad is comforatble and installation was a breeze, I pulled the old stock off and slapped the new one on."

"This is a good solid butt stock made for a non mil spec buffer tube. I have it on my Spikes Tactical AR-15 and it is by far the most solid feeling colapsable stock I have ever felt. You do pay for that solid feel with added weight but I needed the extra weight on the rear for balance. Bottom line is good stock at a good price."

"I was disappointed with this stock for a number of reasons. You will need to have a collapsible stock already in order to use this, as this stock does not come with the buffer tube. This is a nice stock if you want to upgrade your present six position stock. It has some interesting features, but I found it heavy for a collapsible stock. It did not function well with my buffer tube, it is quite tight and takes effort to adjust."

"This is a good CBS. I got it and the adjustable cheek saddle, and it was a nice stock set-up... only thing was that it didn't quite fit my rifle too well, since I had a mil-spec tube and the stock required a commercial buffer tube. I ended up having to return it. Make sure you're using a commercial buffer tube – not mil-spec.
This stock is also a little beefy. I think it's better suited for a heavy barrel rifle. It was a little too heavy in the rear for my m4 carbine.
Overall, it seems to be made to pretty quality standards. I'd use it for a different AR set-up, but for my needs, it was a little too beefy and needed a commercial tube."

"I absolutly LOVE this stock.
Pros
-Solid -Rubber Buttpad -Looks Great -Picatinny rail to add the cheek peice or mag holder. -Best telescoping buttstock Ive ever used. -Spare Battery Compartment (i use this to put my firing pin retaining into when Im cleaning).
Cons
-tube comes seperately -Sometimes the latch to the battery compartment catchs on clothing and opens up (this has only happened to me once).
This product will not dissapoint."

"What this person before me doesn't know is you need to already have a collapsible stock with the tube assembly when you buy this product . If you don't you WILL have to buy the tube seperately. Collapsible stocks hardly at all come with the tube . Don't expect to go from a fixed stock to a collapsible stock in a snap......This is a good product ."
