"Idiot proof attachment. Seems solid, now if I can only find a laser to put on it....maybe after the gold rush on tactical items."

AR-15 Front Sight Rail Mount,May 27, 2008
By PennHunterfrom PA
"Compact dual rail mount fits perfectly and the rails are just the right length for flashlight and laser mounts. Works well if you have a factory Colt AR-15 scope or if you do not want to raise the height of your line of sight with a conventional scope."

Command Arms Front Sight Mounted Rail System,April 30, 2008
By UncleArgylefrom Midland, TX
"I bought this to mount a G3 Surefire flashlight. You'll need the tactical light mount also (item 225764). I wasn't sure how heavy this would make the front of the gun, but it didn't feel like it made a significant difference. It fit very snug over the sight, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I might use the other side to mount another light or a laser. That's what's great about the AR-15, you can deck it out however you want. Mine looks pretty cool with the flashlight attached. This is a very economical option if your just going to attach a light or laser. Uncle Argyle."

"Fit and finish are above what was expected for the price. I mounted my TLR-2 on my DPMS and the mount fit perfect. Held up to over 250 rounds fired so far. Extremely pleased with how well it fit. If you are looking, buy it already."

Great Product,March 7, 2008
By TxGunCollectorfrom League City, TX
"This is a great & economical alternative to installing a picatinny handguard, especially if you want to maintain a more traditional look to your rifle. The polymer material can not scratch your rifles finish unlike the metal versions. Once installed there is no movement whatsoever - rock solid. I have a tactical light w/pressure switch on one side and plan on putting a green laser sight on the other."
