cabelas H / P .22,

"I've had these pellets sitting around for about a year, I ended up buying a beeman mach 12.5 in .22 cal. when i bought the gun i purchased a tin of JSB;s & a tin of crossman premires both very good pellets, we;ll the cabelas out grouped both of them @ 10 yrds ! . the gun is still in the brake-in stage, but in my ruger airhawk .177 ive shot these pellets & they outshot my RWS wadcutters @35 yrds ! , so i think cabelas has a pretty good product with these outfitter hollowpoint series in both .177 & .22, PRICE IS RIGHT TOO !!!"

"If you want to shoot anything farther than 8 yards dont buy these. I couldnt get fist sized groups with these at 8 yeards in my rifle that shoots quarter sized groups at 26 yards. Buy beeman pellets. I will never buy these again."

cabelas ultra mag pellets,

"I have a Beeman Mach 12.5 in .177 that I bought from Cabelas.I have tried two RWS,one Crosman Premier,JSB Exact Heavy and the Cabelas Ultra Mag.I took the rifle to an indoor range on 9/8/09, at 50 yards the only ones it would group with was the JSB and the Cabelas.Both pellets were holding a 3/4 group from a bench rest.As the Cabelas' are about $4.00 cheaper than the JSB's it's a nobrainer.The Cabelas's are very consistent in size and seem to be a little snugger in the chamber than the JSB's,maybe that's why the Beeman likes then.Great pellets,can't ask for more."

Very poor quality,

"These pellets cost me two trips to my local Cabela's and $100.00 for an upgraded air rifle.
I purchased a new Gamo air rifle and was sold these pellets at the time. I could not sight that rifle in, in three hours of trying. I went back blaming the rifle and upgraded to an RWS rifle for $100.00 more. Came home....same problem. I did however buy some new pellets on the second trip and gave then a try.
Wonder of wonders they worked! These pellets are horrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. Especially if you are new to air rifles and not familiar with how a pellet should fit in the breech. I'm not a big fan of air rifles in general, unfortunately a large family of red squirrels have invaded my barn and need to be dealt with. I just wish I had not had to waste an entire day due to these poor quality pellets!"

"These pellets were OK, but just comparing the Beeman Crow Mags you can see that the Beeman's are a better design. The Cabelas' don't have as long of a skirt and the hollow point is much hollower on the Crow Mags. Not a bad pellet, but definitely not the best"

"I just bought a gamo viper, and the super magnum pellets, and wow they are a perfect combo. with these pellets I get a 1/2 inch group at 35 yards!"

"These pellets spec exactly the same as Crosman Premier. I used the heavy domed pellets for maximum impact at ranges to 45 meters with my RWS 34 in field target and metallic silhouette shooting with great success."

Gamo air rifle refurbished,

"Purchase a recondition air rifle, upon getting the rifle i removed the scope mounts and re secured them. After about 15 shots had the gun zeroed in at 20 yards. Shooting in 1.5" group. Have now shot a few hundred rounds thru it and have tweaked the scope some now shooting a 1" group at 20 yards.
Could not be more pleased with gun, would recommend buying the re furbished models to anyone."

"I had purchased a RWS pellet gun built in Germany and couldn't get it to shoot consistent. After purchasing this ammo from Cabela's it shoots like it should now, very consistent; especially the Ultra Magnum .177 , 10.5 grain , although I am sure not as fast. In fact the 7.9 grain Hollow Point was not quit as accurate. I am well pleased now with the RWS rifle. It is accurate enough now to take out a gobbler with a head shot."

Hollow Points dead on, Super Point not so much,

"The hollow points are a perfect match for my Gamo Big Game pellet gun. At 30-50 yards they group nicely at the bulls eye.
The super point pellets are a tighter fit in the barrel and I believe this is why they are so inaccurate. I couldn't get any type of grouping with these and they were way off.
So out of the two, get the hollow points and avoid the super point pellets."
