These units consist of a trolling motor/trim tab combination with an integrated mounting system you attach directly to your stern. They come with a CoPilot remote control fob that has buttons for automatically raising and lowering the trolling motor unit, steering, speed control, power on/off and an LED display that tells you if the trolling motor is up or down. The CoPilot remote has a special "centering" function that resets the motors to track the boat straight ahead once a course correction has been made.
