"did my typical test on poor performing baits . . . put it on a string (no hook) and left it out in my fishing spot to see if anything will eventually give it a try. long story short, 2 days with no action. complete waste if you ask me (especially considering the price)."

"If you have no worms or fresh cut bait I guess they are ok. I have used all three flavors on multiple occasions with little or no luck. I have had poles out with worm, fresh cut bait and these chunks and have caught fish all night long on everything but them. The only time I have caught fish on these was when I didn’t catch any fresh bait and had to use them. So I guess I can say that they work, but not all that well compared to other options."

"I used Berkley Gulp Catfish Chunks at a lake and the river, "no bites". I fished in the morning and the evening, "no bites". I tried using more than one chunk, "no bites". I inspected the bait and it had not even been nibbled."
