"This dehydrater is great. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND BOOK! The dehydrated bananas in honey are great snacks. I make fruit rolls, make my own backpacking food, make awesome jerky, etc. All my left-overs get dehydrated and used for a later hike or backpacking trip. This machine takes some experimentation but I'm hooked. This thing sometimes runs at my house for 40 plus hrs. a week making fruit snacks and jerkey. I am very happy I bought this!"

"I never made jerky before and was very scared that I would ruin all of our deer meat. This product was so easy to use and it came out perfect. This is best product you can get it, takes all of the guess work out of making jerky and it is so fast. We borrowed an older dehydrator from a family member and bought this unit so we can get more done at a time. We were eating the jerky made by our unit and the older model was not even half way done. Do not even think twice about it. Get it and never look back. You will be very glad you did."

"I have used this dehyrator for many items from herbs, tomatoes, and venison jerky. It has performed very well. Timing sometimes needs to be adjusted to desired dehydration point and the dehydrating product is very easy to check while the unit is still running.
