Great for big guys!,August 23, 2009
By HockeyPadrefrom Highlands Ranch, CO
"After returning a low end pontoon boat because of leakage I purchased the Super Fat Cat and am very impressed. The nylon, pvc and bladders are of superior quaity. I weigh 275 lbs and the tube floats me and equipment just fine. Seat is very comfortable. I feel very confident out on Spinney even when the winds are howling and the white caps appear. I am 6'2 and the boat is a very good size for me. I am convinced Outcast products quaity is as good as it gets."

Not a Comfort Cruise,July 30, 2009
By Notandanfrom Casper, Wyoming
"I waited a while to invest in what most would consider the Cadillac of float tubes, or at least that is what the price would suggest. The two major problems I had with this product is the air valve is very hard to add a few huffs of air into when the volume decreases once it is in cool water, and the ride is the most uncomfortable ever. After a four hour float down the Platte river I felt like I had been doing situps the entire time. I did give this product two stars for it's construction, very well built and the highest quality material. Dollar for dollar the U-Boats that I have (lifetime warranty) are much more user friendly at a third of the price. Outcast needs to take this design back to the drawing board."

In my garage,January 5, 2009
By FisherDoc
"Got the float tube for Christmas - able to inflate with a handpump in about 30 minutes or so. Waiting for booties to fit into my fins (wading boots too big). Just got my mini-PFD/vest for safety reasons. Once I get my rodholder, too, - I'll be set to try everything out! Rated 4 stars for looking great in my garage - hopefully 5 stars once in the water!"

"My wife and I took our FAT CATS out a few days after we received them. Went to Mananza Lake and fished around the 55 acre lake for six hours. The fat cats handled like a dream, sitting above the water was very confortable. I think they're great!"

Super Fat Cat,September 26, 2008
By Bearwhofishesfrom I fish about 50 times a years in Southern Calif
"The tube rides high and will keep you dry and warm in cold waters. It rides steady in the winds. It take about 15 minutes to setup. The arm pockets are large and will store all your supplies. There is large forward storage but it gets wet there so wrap your things to keep them dry. There is only one air bladder which is a safety concern on the water if you start losing pressure. My air bladder separated at the seam (manufacturers defect) and the back of the seat frayed within 9 months and about 25 uses. It was repaired for free as per the retailers website warranty but I had to argue with them. This whole repair process took about one month. I have used tubes which cost nearly half the price and never had these problems. I cannot recommend this tube."

well designed,June 24, 2008
By x24wen
"I used the Fat Cat for the first time last week. Over 4 days I put a good 40 hours on it. Has plenty of storage. Deck behind seat is handy, but wet. Not good for storage of anything that cannot be submerged. I wish that storage pockets on the back of the seat were waterproof, don't pack a sweatshirt in them. Handles well in wind except for a slight tendency to turn to the lee. Seems to be well made but doesn't pack as compactly as my old tube because of heavier materials."
