"We raise puppies for a service dog organization and we bought the slip-leads to eliminate having to use separate nylon slip collars with a separate leash. It seems the ideal length for training to heel, and robust enough to restrain a nearly full-grown Labrador Retriever. The needle-like teeth of our current puppy have not been able to start to break down the material. Cabela's customer service for all of our purchases has been exemplary and world class. We encourage Canadians to feel confident in making purchases from Cabela's."

"This is the second one of these I have purchased. They are the best lead I can find for working with my dogs. I have Great Danes and need a strong lead that I can trust. These are nice in that I can leave their regular collar on and just slip this on and I have the choker and lead in one."

"The British style dog slip-lead is a fast and easy way to collar your dog. Especially when in the field, but just as good for at home. It is good because it is short and keeps the dog close to your side. Personally, though, I wish it was about a foot longer."
