Great Shoes,

"I bought these shoes and have worn them pretty near every day for work and they feel great! I wore them hunting a few times and they worked awesome. The only complaint I have is that the black pieces that come up around the heal started to come off but it's probably from the conditions when I went hunting.
I did have to get a half size bigger then normal but other then that the fit & finish are great!"

"Really sturdy and comfortable. Even though I ordered the same size as previous Keen's I've had, the first pair I received were too small, so had to order up a size. Great return service though thanks, even from New Zealand. Good looking shoes too."

"This my 3rd pair of KEEN Targhee. I do alot of walking daily and mountain hiking out west on vacations. I do purchase these shoes 1/2 size up. The toe box is nice and wide, unbelieveable arch support. They hug a mountain better than any shoe I've tried. l LOVE KEEN SHOES. I now have husband wearing too. He is sold. He owns 3 pair now."

No Break-in Time Needed!,

"The first day I wore these shoes we went hiking in the Cascades for about 3 hours. These hikers were sheer comfort, all the way in AND all the way out. They grip the trail well and really are waterproof! Best hiking shoes I've ever had."

Pacific Crest Trail OR.,

"Didn't need break in period with these. Bought them for my Mt. St Helens climb later this summer, and used them recently on the Pacific Crest Trail. They are definately waterproof as there were some small streams we had to manuever across, they are very comfortable. Had some steep, and very rocky terrain and they had great traction. One thing I noticed in the past was I would get sore joints while on long hikes, with these I had no joint pain. The shock resistance is great! I had a terrible foot injury about a year ago. With these shoes, I didn't even notice pain on my arch from where my tendon was spliced after stepping on a broken wine glass. I suggest them for anyone with wider feet, and they do need to be ordered half a size up."

Right out of the box..,

"I had ordered these online being I got great reviews from everyone who had owned a pair of Keen's. I went to the store to try them on and found that the side's were biting me and the shoe almost seemed to small and I should have ordered a 1/2 size bigger. I waited and mine finally came in the mail, I took them out and with hoping for the best put them on. Within minutes I could tell they fit perfectly, I have an odd arch and they conformed immediatly and perfectly. I'm on my feet atleast 8-10 hours a day at work and they are working wonderfully!!! I'm 6'1 and they make me another inch taller which I'm not thrilled about but honestly there is nothing I would change. They were a perfect fit right out of the box and from the get go. Would recommend them to anyone who is on their feet multiple hours in a day."

"I've had these shoes for about a month and in that time have worn them for several long days in a row without any problems (no tired feet or blisters). I've worn them in the rain and my feet stayed dry. These were comfortable right out of the box and I expect they will be even more so after they're broken-in. These are worth every penny I paid for them."

"I bought these shoes 6 months ago for work and was needing a durable, comfortable, waterproof pair of shoes. These Keens have exceeded my expectations. Although they are a little clunkier than other hiking shoes on the market, they make up for it in comfort and durability. I was a little skeptical about them being waterproof but I have spent many days in heavy rain and standing water and my feet have remained dry. I would recommend these shoes to any outdoor working professional or recreationalist that demands a lot from their footwear."

"I have trouble finding wide toe box shoes for women and wear an orthotic. These are the MOST comfortable hikers I have ever worn. I can walk comfortably without my orthotic which is really amazing. So far the waterproof material is working. I plan to buy another pair!"
