For years, Cabela's Three Forks rods have been the choice for anglers seeking a quality fly rod at an affordable price. Now they are even better. All components have been upgraded, creating a look and feel you'd expect from a rod costing three times as much. Because of popular demand, we've kept the moderate actions the same on the 7'6" 3-weight and 8' 5-weight models. All other rod models have been reworked to produce a moderate/fast action that is great for beginners and experienced anglers alike. Cosmetic upgrades include an appealing burnt-olive-colored blank, dark cocobolo reel seat and double-foot snake guides. The 8- and 10-weight models feature an aluminum reel seat and fighting butt. Carrying on the tradition of the Cabela's Three Forks rods, our Three Forks Reels set a new standard in affordable fly-reel performance. All the angler-friendly features you expect from a Cabela's reel are there including a smooth, adjustable Rulon? disc drag and a large arbor design for quick line pick-up. The graphite construction is lightweight, yet durable. A knurled drag knob makes drag adjustment quick and easy. Oversized handle. Easily converts from left- to right-hand retrieve. Combos include Cabela's Three Forks reel pre-spooled with weight-forward floating fly line, tapered leader and backing.
