"I recently picked up a set of the Under Armour Cold Gear 3.0 gear after we went through a week long cold spell of -20 degree weather. I was wearing them underneath jeans and a t-shirt while I worked and while running errands around town and they made the cold bearable. I look forward to seeing how they stand up to even colder temperatures in the future. Highly recommended."

"I used the Under Armor Cold Gear 3.0 Leggings this past Sunday Jan. 4th, 2009, for the first time.
For 2.5 hours I helped load Clay Target Machines for next weekend's NSCA Sporting Clays Shoot at the Del Norte GC, in New Mexico at 6,623' altitude in 23 degree's blowing snow.
YES, it was very cold and this was a great test. They did the job and kept me warm.

"I have two sets of the 2.0 Base Layer and I have loved everything about them except for the blue color they came in when first released. I purchased the 3.0 layer because I needed something for extreme temperatures seen in late season Montana hunts and Iowa hunts. This helped immensely in those cold temps. The first excursion was in the Iowa first shotgun season. The temp was around 0 with some big gusts. I was sitting all day in the snow and my hands and feet were cold but never my legs. I also like them because they are flexible and move when I move. I never feel constricted in them like I did in some of the early models of Under Armour leggings. I would recommend these to anyone who hunts in temps 20 or below."

"I purchased this product and have used it for work purposes. I have been able to stay quite comfortable on extremely cold winter nights while working as a law enforcement officer. There is no issue with bulk and they are the best that I have ever had. Some say the price is too high, but what is the value of being warm on a cold winter night?"

"I work outdoors, on trails doing the maintenance to the corridor, as well as opening drop gates that occasionally are frozen or buried. The quality is great, lightweight, easy to move around in, perfect for jumping in and out of trucks. I'd highly recommend this product. I'm already looking to purchase a second set as backup."

"These have to be the best thermal garments that I've ever tried, and I've tried quite a few. I can typically only make it in the stand for about four hours before I start to freeze, but these thermals let me stay on stand all day in temperatures below 20F without even thinking of the cold. They don't have the tight, restrictive feel of the original Under Armour gear, your normal size should fit just fine. They are on the expensive side, but if you struggle with keeping warm look no further."
