"What a great casserole dish, I orderd one for home and found it so versatile I ordered a second one for the cottage. I use it as a casserole dish, frying pan, slow cooker, the uses are endless. Clean up is a breeze compared to other dishes of this type I've owned in the past. You can't go wrong owning this wonderful cooking dish, the great price only makes it that much better."

Love this wonderful and versatile cooking pot,September 22, 2008

"When I received this porcelain cast iron cooking pot I was thrilled to use it, which I did right away. Since it was close to my sister's birthday I ordered one for her and she loves it too. It's so versatile and there is lots of room for turning things over while cooking. The sides are a nice height, keeping sauce splattering to a minimum. Once it cooled down it was surprisingly easy to hold in the crook of my arm to wipe down the sides with a silicone spatula. I really liked that! Last but not least, a similar pan by Le Crueset costs about $180.00+/-. This pan by Lodge is a great value. I plan on purchasing the soup pot at some point."

"This enamel cast iron pan w/ lid is wonderful! I use it not only as a casserole pan, but as a skillet as well. It cooks evenly and cleans up very easily. The brown color looks great in my woodsy kitchen, so much so that I leave it on top on my stove all of the time because it is so pretty. I have several of the other Lodge cast iron enamel pots and love them all equally. If you are considering this as a purchase...go for it...you will not regret it!"
