Hard, glossy, chip-resistant enamel surfaces are easy to clean
Hygienic and won't react with foods
Since it seems like there is never enough time in a day, let your food slowly cook in these dutch ovens. Cast from
molten iron in individual sand molds, each of these cookware pieces is hand-prepared prior to the application of
several baked-on enamel layers. The result is sharp-looking cast-iron cookware that performs second-to-none. The
manufacturing process leaves minor irregularities that add character without compromising performance. Hard, glossy,
chip-resistant enamel surfaces are easy to clean and eliminate the need to season the cookware. They're also hygienic
and won't react with foods. Great for cooking, but also for marinating and refrigerating. Limited lifetime warranty.
Colors: Red, Blue.

Loved the Lodge Enamel 3qt Dutch,August 11, 2009
By skiercamperfrom Boise, ID
"As an accomplished chef, and a lover of the cast iron dutches for camp cooking, we decided we were missing an enamel pot to prepare certain meals inside. We looked at competitive products (le crueset) but they were so expensive and quite heavy. Knowing how much we are satisfied with the cast iron dutches, we decided to go with the Lodge Enamel. I cooked our first recipe in it last night- Julia Childs' Boeuf Bourguignon- and this pot performed fabulously! From stove to oven to cleaning! I would definitely recommend it - great product, priced right."

Excellent cookware,August 10, 2009
By libby65from Fresno, CA
"I received this dutch oven as a birthday gift and am extremely pleased with it. The blue color is very attractive. The three-quart size is perfect for the two of us. I love the easy cleaning of the enameled surface (such a nice change from my old cast iron dutch oven!). Although it was a gift, I know the price is also very appealing. Why spend that much more for That Other brand?
Thank you for this fine product!"

3 qt. dutch oven and fry pan,April 7, 2009
By janisherbyfrom housewife from canada
"Hi I really like my dutch oven. I have no problem with it. Now my frying pan chipped the very first time I used it. I fried potatoes in it, cooled it, washed it and gently set it on the counter and off came a chunk of enamel the size of a quarter. Not impressed. The potatoes also stuck and burned on low/med heat. Will try this again. I find them very heavy and hard to pour from without help. It fries steak or porkchops just fine... They are very pretty. I got the blue ones..."

Great Cast Iron Dutch Oven,December 30, 2008
By JDangerfrom Athens, GA
"This is an incredibly versatile and easy to use dutch oven. The enamel makes this much easier to use, and more importantly, to clean, than any other cast iron I have used."
