"I just got to really try out my new boots as snow blasted the state of Oregon.
They fit comfortable right from the box. The width was perfect to allow for thicker socks and didn't rub on my bone spur.
I've hunted for nice warm solid boots and these just are wonderful.
The only thing that could make these 5 star are more arch support but I can fix that with some inserts. Otherwise I recommend these winter boots to anyone."

"I needed some work boots for the farm once it started cooling off. These boots are so light and comfortable! They even look nice so if I had to run to town for parts I don't need to change. I just love them. I've gotten lots of compliments on them."

"I bought these boots for a recent trip to northeast TN. It wasn't cold enough for snow, but it was very chilly and wet! These boots were awesome. They kept my feet dry and cozy. I was afraid they'd be too warm since the temp was in the 40's, but they weren't. We did a LOT of walking, and these boots were still comfortable at the end of the day... which was very surprising since I have flat feet, so not too many shoes will provide comfort all day for me!!"

"I found these shoes to be warm and comfortable. I have poor circulation and my feet are very often cold in the winter, but not with your Avalanche 400-Gram winter boots. The only thing I found not to my liking was the weight of the boot. They are just a little heavy for any vigorous hiking."

"This is a great set of boots. Bought them for my wife as well as a set of Gaitors. She can't believe after all these years she has found a set of boots that are warm and always dry no matter if we are Snowshoeing...Geocaching or playing with the boys in the backyard.....at -16C !!"
