kid's shooting gloves,February 20, 2009
By deermounterfrom alaska,ak
"These gloves are a really good product. The reason I like them is because they are nice and insulated and yet not huge and bullky.I grouse hunt, waterfowl hunt, deer hunt and so on I think they work best with guns but sence they have a trigger finger they work on bow's just as well. The insulation help's alot when you are hunting in the cold but they don't make you'r hand's sweat if you are hunting in warm weather. Now,the reason i rated these a 4 star product is because they were a little hard to fit in to at first and I orderd a sise large! If you were wondering these do blend in with other camo brands like realtree, advanage timber, mossy oak, mossy oak duck blind, advetage wet lands camo and secloution 3D."

Sizing WAAAY off,January 6, 2009
By Netrafrom Northern California
"These gloves do not match Cabela's kids sizing charts at all. My son's hand measurement is 6.75 inches so I ordered kids Large since I wanted them snug for my son. The large size gloves are so big my son's index finger only goes about 1/2 the way down the gloved trigger finger (glove finger is way too long). Now I have to send the gloves back and wait for a smaller size - with only a few weeks left in duck season."

Cabela's Kids GOETEX/Thinsulate Gloves,December 8, 2008
By Rodjafrom Astoria, OR
"GREAT Hunting gloves for my 10 year old. Waterproof and warm, he wants to stay out hunting longer than I do. What can ruin a hunt for young ones is cold hands and cold feet. No need to worry about the hands!"

Good duckhunting glove!,October 9, 2008
By dfishman5from Weaverville, CA
"I bought and used this glove over the winter's duck hunting season and was overall impressed. The well insulated version keeps your hands warm on freezing cold mornings, and they're really comfortable! The shooting finger is a nice bonus because it allows you to be able to shoot without worrying about your gloves getting in the way. As far as waterproofing, I'm not a huge fan of any Goretex system in gloves, but they kept my hands dry, unless I completely drenched them in the water. Would recommend them to any duck hunter!"

Where is the sizing chart?,December 7, 2007
By StephTfrom Perkinston, MS
"I spoke to customer service, and was told the size corresponds with clothing size. I wear a large. I ordered a large. The fit in the hand was excellent, but the palm leather stops way short of the palm. The fingers were not only short in the seams (not the length), but very restrictive. Also the stitching on the thumb is too far toward the palm of the glove. When your thumb is in a natural position, the leather pulls all the way from the thumb to the seams in between the fingers. Not very comfortable at all for the larger child. But I asume that for a younger child with short hands it would be a perfect fit. They seemed Very warm and very well insulated (thus the restriction). I do think that this would be great for a small child though. I am a woman who wears childrens' sizes."
